Fry the onions till soft. Add garlic, meat & spices. Cook
till browned. Add the remainder of the ingredients (apart from
kidney beans) and bring to the boil. Now cover and simmer for
30 mins. Rince thoroughly and drain kidney beans, then add to
pan. Simmer for a further 30 mins. Check seasoning qdding chilli
to taste. Serve hot with basmati rice.
