Heat oil in a deep pan, fry the onion till soft
and add the garlic, then curry powder, chilli, and mixed spices.
Stir for one minute then add the chicken pieces. Continue frying
for a few more minutes, add the flour, stir, add water, the peanut
butter, lemon juice and tomato paste. Let it boil then lower the
heat, cover and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes or till the chicken
is well cooked and the sauce thickened. Serve with mashed yam.(To
mash the yam, use a potato masher or food processor.)
