Boil the pasta following the instructions on the
packet. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add chicken and fry till brown.
Remove and keep aside. Put the onions in the same pan and fry
till soft. Add garlic and mushrooms, keep frying for 5 more minutes.
Put back the chicken pieces and the wine, salt and pepper. Cook
for 10 minutes. Add the cream and basil. Drain the pasta and add
it to the chicken sauce. Stir then transfer to an oven proof dish.
Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Put under hot grill till the
cheese melts. Serve with green salad.
