Shred the turkey meat thinly. Marinate with all
the above ingredients for 1 hour or more. Stir before using. Heat
oil in a wok or a pan, stir fry the meat in two batches only for
a few minutes till it starts sizzling. Serve wraped with chinese
pan cakes, sliced spring onions, sliced cucumber,and pecking duck
sauce.
