Turkey
'Peking Duck' Style
Serves 4
- 500g cooked turkey meat
- 3 tbs soya sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp chinese five spice
- 1 1/2 tbs rice vinigar or 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs Hoi Sen or peking duck sauce
- a pinch of pepper
- 3 tbs chicken or turkey stock
- 2 tbs oil

** Important **
When using fresh vegetables and herbs, make sure they are
washed thoroughly and drained.

|
Shred the turkey meat thinly. Marinate with all
the above ingredients for 1 hour or more. Stir before using. Heat
oil in a wok or a pan, stir fry the meat in two batches only for
a few minutes till it starts sizzling. Serve wraped with chinese
pan cakes, sliced spring onions, sliced cucumber,and pecking duck
sauce.
